Due to personal reasons, I won't accept Hugo Vlad (ZZZ) requests... sorry ;w;⚠️ I have the right to decline, cancel or ignore a commission request for whatever reason, especially if the request is beyond what I can do. I will NOT accept requests for offensive or hate content. ⚠️I will give you a 10% discount if you request the following characters~

➼ All payments will be through VGen/Paypal (USD) or GCash/PayMaya/Maya (PHP).➼ I will only request payment once we have finalized the details of your commission request. (For VGen requests, I will review it first before sending you a proposal along with the invoice. If you have any concerns about the proposed price, please DM me!) DO NOT try to send any payment until then. If you do not pay within 72 hours, I will consider your request cancelled.➼ FOR PAYMENTS BELOW $20/₱1,000: A down payment of 100% of the final price must be made before I start the commission.➼ FOR PAYMENTS $20/₱1,000 AND ABOVE: A down payment of at least 50% of the agreed final price must be made before I start the commission. The remaining payment (if there is any) must be paid before I send you the finished artwork(s).TIMELINE AND PROCESS
➼ Completion time ranges from within 1 week to the specified deadline, depending on the complexity of the commission and how many commissions I'm doing. Please note that I am also a student and I do not get to draw everyday! In case of changes or delays, I will do my best to inform you as soon as possible.➼ FOR STANDARD: I will contact you from time to time to show progress pictures of the artwork to ensure that I am fulfilling your request correctly. (Confirmation Stages: DRAFT → LINE ART & BASE COLORS → FINISHED/RENDERED)➼ FOR SKEB/SURPRISE ME: I will not contact you for updates. I will only contact you once I have finished the commission for final confirmation before sending you the final delivery.➼ I currently do not accept rush commissions or requests with a set/fixed deadline.REVISIONS
➼ DRAFT (STANDARD ONLY): Maximum of 3 allowed major revisions (such as changing the entire pose). I will no longer entertain revisions for this stage once we have agreed to go past this.➼ BASE COLORING (STANDARD ONLY): Since I will only have to adjust the colors/lighting, I will allow any number of revisions. However, I will no longer entertain revisions of any kind once we have agreed to go past this stage unless they are very minor (e.g., adding a few filters, adding or highlighting minor details).➼ SKEB/SURPRISE ME: I will only accept revisions for details that I have overlooked or made a mistake in (e.g., tone correction, missing pattern, etc.). Things like pose changes will be rejected, unless a reference was clearly and visually provided in the request form.➼ It is recommended to be upfront with the character pose/concept that you would like to have drawn to minimize revisions. I won't charge anything for details that I have overlooked or made a mistake in.WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:
➼ The commissioned artwork in full resolution in PNG. The artwork will have a minimum size of 1500 x 1500 pixels with 300 DPI and will be drawn in RGB by default.➼ The watermarked version of the artwork with lower resolution, also in PNG.➼ I will NOT provide any physical version of the commissioned artwork.RIGHTS AND USAGE
➼ I retain full rights to the commissioned artwork. By default, I have the right to upload, share, and promote the artwork (including works in progress and cancelled/unfinished commissions) on my social media platforms and portfolio.➼ FOR PERSONAL USE: You may use the commissioned artwork for whatever reason with no monetization purposes. Production for personal merchandise is allowed, as long as you do not make a profit out of it. Should you wish to post the full unedited artwork on social media, you must use the watermarked version (however, this does not apply to profile pictures, banners, cropped artworks, video edits, etc.).➼ FOR COMMERCIAL USE: You will be charged in a higher price if you request commercial rights. You may use the commissioned artwork for whatever reason INCLUDING monetization purposes. However, the range of monetized usage may depend on the commercial type that you have purchased (see comm prices for more details). Using the watermarked version of the artwork is not required, although I will still send it should you also wish to use it.➼ FOR PRIVATE COMMISSIONS/NDA: If you do not want me to share the commissioned artwork in any of my public platforms, there will be an additional fee of 50% of the final price.➼ Credit to me, the artist, is required if you are using/reuploading/sharing the artwork publicly in any way or form unless you have paid for a private commission/NDA. You are NOT allowed to claim the artwork as your own.➼ You are NOT allowed to heavily alter/edit the artwork, although minor alterations such as cropping or applying filters is allowed.➼ You are NOT allowed to use the commissioned artwork for NFT, AI, and/or cryptocurrency purposes.REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
➼ I will not entertain full refunds unless the deadline has passed and I have not yet started on your commission. You are eligible for a partial refund (that is according to the amount of work completed) if I have not yet completed your commission beyond the deadline.➼ You may cancel the commission whenever you want, however, I will not refund your payment if it has already been made and if the cancellation occurred before the deadline.➼ If I think I am not able to fulfill or finish your commission request due to unforeseen circumstances, I will inform you immediately and provide a full refund.➼ If I do not receive any communication or updates from you during the confirmation stages and the commission's deadline is about to pass, then I will cancel the commission without any refunds. In the case where only the final confirmation is missing AND the commission is fully paid, then I will send the you the final delivery and mark the commission as complete.➼ No cancellations or refunds if the commissioned artwork has already been rendered/finished.COMMUNICATION & CONFIDENTIALITY
➼ Ongoing communication about the commission may occur via social media platforms or email. Please choose only one platform to use throughout the duration of the commission. (For VGen commissions, communication shall only occur via VGen Chat as much as possible, unless the commissioner is a non-VGen user)➼ Response time may vary, but I will try my best to respond within 3 days. I will let you know if I will be unable to respond at certain times beyond that.➼ In return, I heavily encourage you to respond within 3 days to ensure that your commission will be completed as soon as possible. Please let me know beforehand if there will be any delays.➼ Sensitive information exchanged for the commission (including but not limited to personal information and payment information) is considered CONFIDENTIAL and MUST NOT be disclosed to any other party without prior written permission from the owner of this confidential information.
