⚠️ I have the right to decline, cancel or ignore a commission request for whatever reason, especially if the request is beyond what I can do. I will NOT accept requests for offensive or hate content. ⚠️PAYMENT
➼ All payments will be through Paypal (USD), GCash (PHP), or PayMaya/Maya (PHP).
➼ I will only request payment once we have finalized the details of your commission request. DO NOT try to send any payment until then. If you do not pay within 72 hours from the time we have agreed on the payment, I will consider your request cancelled.
➼ A down payment of 50% of the agreed final price must be made before I start the commission. The remaining 50% must be paid before I send you the finished artwork(s) to your email.
➼ Please provide a proof of payment whenever a payment is made. This is to help me keep track of payments better. I will also let you know if I have successfully received the payment on my end.TIMELINE AND PROCESS
➼ Completion time ranges from 1 week to 3 months, depending on the complexity of the commission and how many commissions I'm doing. In case of changes or delays, I will do my best to inform you as soon as possible.
➼ I currently do not accept rush commissions or requests with a set/fixed deadline.
➼ I will contact you from time to time to show progress pictures of the artwork to ensure that I am fulfilling your request correctly. You may also contact me about my progress any time.REVISIONS
➼ ROUGH SKETCH/CONCEPTUALIZING: Maximum of 3 allowed revisions (such as changing the entire pose; I may count some minor changes as 0.5 (e.g., expression change, hand pose change), though I will let you know whether or not your revision request is complicated enough to be counted). I will no longer entertain revisions for this stage once we have agreed to go through this.
➼ BASE COLORING: Since I will only have to adjust the colors/lighting, I will allow any number of revisions. However, I will no longer entertain revisions of any kind once we have agreed to go through this stage unless they are very minor (e.g., adding a few filters).
➼ It is recommended to be upfront with the character pose/concept that you would like to have drawn to minimize revisions.WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:
➼ The commissioned artwork in full resolution in PNG. The artwork will have a minimum size of 1500 x 1500 pixels with 300 DPI and will be drawn in RGB by default.
➼ The watermarked version of the artwork with lower resolution, also in PNG.
➼ I will NOT provide any physical version of the commissioned artwork.RIGHTS AND USAGE
➼ I retain full rights to the commissioned artwork. By default, I have the right to upload, share, and promote the artwork (including works in progress and cancelled/unfinished commissions) on my social media platforms and portfolio.➼ FOR PERSONAL USE: You may use the commissioned artwork for whatever reason with no monetization purposes. Production for personal merchandise is allowed, as long as you do not make a profit out of it (with a maximum of 10 items per item type; e.g., pins and prints are considered to be two different types). Should you wish to post the artwork on social media, you must use the watermarked version (however, this does not apply to profile pictures/banners).➼ FOR COMMERCIAL USE: You will be charged in a higher price if you request commercial rights. You may use the commissioned artwork for whatever reason INCLUDING monetization purposes. However, the range of monetized usage may depend on the commercial type that you have purchased (see comm prices for more details). Using the watermarked version of the artwork is not required, although I will still send it should you also wish to use it.➼ FOR PRIVATE COMMISSIONS: If you do not want me to share the commissioned artwork in any of my public platforms, there will be an additional fee of 30% of the final price.➼ Credit to me, the artist, is required if you are using/reuploading/sharing the artwork publicly in any way or form. You are NOT allowed to claim the artwork as your own.
➼ You are NOT allowed to heavily alter/edit the artwork, although minor alterations such as cropping or applying filters is allowed.
➼ You are NOT allowed to use the commissioned artwork for NFT, AI, and/or cryptocurrency purposes.REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
➼ I will not entertain full refunds unless more than 3 months have passed from the first payment date and I have not yet started on your commission. You are eligible for a partial refund (that is according to the amount of work completed) if I have not yet completed your commission in more than 3 months from the first payment date.
➼ You may cancel the commission whenever you want, however, I will not refund your payment if it has already been made and if the cancellation occurred within 3 months.
➼ If I think I am not able to fulfill or finish your commission request due to unforeseen circumstances, I will inform you immediately and provide a full refund.
➼ No cancellations or refunds if the commissioned artwork has already been finished.COMMUNICATION & CONFIDENTIALITY
➼ Ongoing communication about the commission may occur via social media platforms or email. Please choose only one platform to use throughout the duration of the commission.
➼ Response time may vary, but I will try my best to respond within 3 days. I will let you know if I will be unable to respond at certain times beyond that.
➼ In return, I heavily encourage you to respond within 3 days to ensure that your commission will be completed as soon as possible. Please let me know beforehand if there will be any delays.
➼ Sensitive information exchanged for the commission (including but not limited to personal information and payment information) is considered CONFIDENTIAL and MUST NOT be disclosed to any other party without prior written permission from the owner of this confidential information.
